In addition to its support of programs within universities and colleges, CADMEF presents two special programs for Midwest students and educators that take place outside of the school.

7th Annual Okner Direct Marketing Collegiate Symposium was presented Friday, February 23, 2007 at Loyola University.

The Symposium is free of charge for all professors and students, due to the generosity of Sy Okner, retired CEO of MarketUSA, a leading telemarketing company. Mr. Okner has provided CADMEF with a special grant to fund this annual program for college students and faculty.

Annual IMC Academic Roundtable (formerly the Academic Update) will be presented Thursday & Friday, May 8-9, 2008.

This year’s program, Making IMC More Accountable", presents more exciting opportunities for you to network and spend time with other academics and top practitioners. Idea Roundtables featuring research in progress by your fellow academics will take place on the afternoon of Thursday, May 8th followed by cocktails, dinner, and a keynote speech by Mark Ailsworth of Pandora that evening. Friday, May 9th will be devoted to practitioner presentations and panels, and a roundtable luncheon.
